Ski Trip

Saturday morning we headed out to Swain to do some family skiing.

Andy and Nolan (friends), Kris, Mason, Anna and I
started our journey to the mountain at 8:30 am.
We finally made it on the slopes by 10:15ish.
What a process!
A few issues gave us a rough start...
Mason's bloody nose, realizing we forgot Mason's snowpants,
and renting equipment for Mason and Anna, just to give you an idea.

Well after we made it to the snow, then to get the kids to the right area,
they walked so slow that Andy and Kris decided to
give them a tow...

Nolan did a great job, he was able to ride the Magic carpet (looks like a conveyer belt) up the hill and ski down all on his own.

He started off slow but by the end of the day

Here's Anna! SHe is such a sport. Anna liked riding the magic carpet and skiing down the small hill with Daddy following behind.
