Winter Break 2008

Mason and Anna have been out of school this week for their Winter Break.
For the most party the break has been very relaxing.

Saturday, Mason had Ski school (week 2).
Grandma & Grandpa, Nana & Poppy, Kris, Anna & I were there to watch.
Mason did a great job!

This week at ski school Mason also tried the tow rope all by himself and he made it almost to the top of the hill. WOW, what progress!!

Saturday evening we went to a friends house to have dessert and play Kris's new favorite card game, Water Works. I actually WON, sorry Kris, Christine, and Andy.

Sunday, we headed off to church and then to Nana & Poppy's house. We had a yummy dinner we played Wii and Anna got a haircut.

Monday Christine and I took the kids bowling and then out for lunch at Pizzeria Uno. Mason adn Nolan made their own pizzas, how cool!

Tuesday we ran a few errands and took it easy.

Wednesday, Mason had his allergy shot. This week did not go well. His arms swelled and he was ahaving touble with his throat, coughing and sneezing.
All of this required a close eye, and extra meds.
All in all he was fine.

Later that afternoon the kids and I headed to the Library. We read tons of books and the kids played with the blocks, take a look.

Wednesday night we had our Bible Study at our house, then we played the Wii.

Thursday Kris and I had an appointment to have our taxes done at 8:30am. Mason and Anna came along and were so well behaved, thanx guys. After our appointment we left a note behingd for Grandma and Grandpa. We knew that they would be there for a 9:30 appointment.

The note read

"Grandma, give my Mom a call when you are done with your taxes. Maybe we can do lunch? Love Mason + Anna"

Grandma called a little later and Grandma, Grandpa, Kris, Mason, Anna and I had lunch at TC Hooligan's in Webster.

Friday (Today) we are still in our pajamas and soon I need to make lunch!
