Rzepkowski Prayer Request
Most of you are aware that Grandpa Rzep has been diagnosed with alzheimers and is now in a nursing home so he can recieve fulltime care. Grandma Rzep is also looking to move to an assisted living situation soon.
While I was at the Women of Faith Conference this weekend the Rzepkowski family (Grandma Rzep, Neal, Duane, Dick, Marlene, Kris, Mason, Lindsey, Terry, Michelle, Taryn, Kyle, and Wendy) worked on cleaning out Grandma and Grandpa Rzep's house. I know from talking to Kris this afternoon that this was not easy, physically or emotionally for anyone!
If that were not enough some of the family also went to the county home to see Grandpa - UGH! From what Kris said Grandpa is just not the same in body or mind. Grandpa Rzep was a strong man and I believe that his soul remains even if is body and mind have betrayed him. We may not be able to see the soul of the man we all love, but it is there!
Please pray with me:
God, I pray for Kris and the rest of the Rzepkowski family that they feel the love of Grandpa Rzep in their hearts. Please help each member of the family find comfort and peace in this really hard time. I pray that we all remember our yesterdays, we live in our today and allow you to take care our tomorrows.
In this time of illness for Grandpa Rzep please help him feel the love of his family and bring him comfort in each day. AMEN

Kris -
I know that this time is difficult for you and your family. I wish that there were some way to make it better and quick. This is out of our hands and is up to God now.
I want you to think of all the qualities of Grandpa Rzep that you admire. Now I want to challenge you to implement those qualities in your life as an honor to him.
You are a strong and compassionate man whom I love.
Please know that I will love you and support you through this tough time.
I love you with my heart and soul! ~Tricia~

let Kris know we are thinking of him and his family at this time--
It is hard and draining in all aspects.
Remember the fun and memories and be ever so grateful the time you have gotten-
What he/you have is very rare in this day and age--- 4 grandparents alive at his age and they all got to see him marry and meet and love his children.
We only had one from both of us, and never saw his side-the pain is still there at times.
Love each other, help his parents and each other.
Godspeed to the Masters's plan.
love janet
