Happy St Patrick's Day!

Kris and I had an Irish meal at
Mulconry's Irish Pub and Restaurant
with friends on Sunday night! Yummy!

This is what we ate - there was beer too! ALL WAS AWESOME!

Bangers & Chips A smaller version of our bangers with French fries and Gravy

• Boxties • Traditional Irish potato pancake served as a side or stuffed with your favorites.

Steak Boxtie Marinated flank steak, char grilled tossed with mushrooms in a brandy peppercorn sauce

Shepherd’s Pie Ground beef baked in a casserole with peas, onions, and carrots topped with homemade mashed potatoes and browned in the oven

Oh and here is a saying that I saw while I was having my cup of java at Moonlight Creamery after dinner and a walk.
