Allergy & Asthma treatment, looking for help

I am once again stressing over Mason's (DOB 12/22/2001) allergy/asthma "stuff." He is on lots-o-meds (Zurtec, Nasonex, Patanol, Pulmicort, Singular-DAILY and Albuterol as needed) this is all on top of 3 allergy shots (we started this in Feb 2006 every week, right now we go for these every 3 weeks).

I am again asking myself if this the right course of treatment, do we continue or change direction?

Did speak with the pediatrician and he said we should also see and Ear Nose and Throat Doctor to evaluate a possible issue with tonsil and adenoids? Should we ask to repeat the skin test to look for improvement?
